I love trying a new protocol for two weeks, I’ve just started one recently!
Day one was torture, but day two was fine!
If you have one thing that you could change, how does just trying it for two weeks sound?
At the end of the two weeks you will be surprised, not just in one area of your life but probably in other areas too!
The key is to keep going, experiment in this space, have fun and play with it and above all, love yourself, through all the moments!
