Our outside world is a reflection of our inside world.

When we change our beliefs, thoughts, feelings and what we’re doing, it’s only natural that our environment will change too.

Going on my health and wellness journey has meant that life has shifted. I like to remind myself there are no problems and find my balance.

In the beginning, it can feel like ‘all or nothing’. Let me share with you my approach:

  • Change doesn’t have to be perfect and I can take it one step at a time.
  • Following my intuition can happen anywhere at any time. I can walk into the grocery store and allow my intuition to decide what to buy and therefore, what to make for dinner.
  • I choose consciously. Purchasing organic from overseas isn’t nearly as good as purchasing local.
  • Integrating the old with the new. Throwing away old plastic containers and replacing them with glass, isn’t good for the environment. I find ways to integrate them into our lives, making it a win-win.
  • What works for me doesn’t have to work for anyone else, and that’s a beautiful thing.
