My Morning Reminder

Today, I choose to thank me for being me

I thank the woman that’s been growing to this point

I thank the woman that I haven’t even met yet

And I know I can only meet her by being me in this moment

 

Today, I choose to let go of any stories about how I wasn’t enough in the past

How I didn’t know enough

How I could have been better

And know I’m who I am today because of her

 

Today, I choose to honour that woman and thank her

I choose to be with her

Telling her I love you and I’m proud of you

And know that no matter what, I have my own back.

 

Today I choose to let go of any stories about who I’m becoming

I choose to set her free

I choose to let her grow, do and be exactly what resonates with her

And I choose to go on her journey and evolve into her

 

Today, I choose be the biggest, brightest version of me that I possibly can be.

I know I can choose to think I’m amazing on purpose

And I can sprinkle love out into every area of the world

Today and every day, I choose to be exactly who I’m meant to be and always will be – me
