Ep. 15 – Ayurveda with Harmony Robinson-Stagg
Harmony is an Ayurveda & Integrative Health Practitioner who specialises in women’s hormonal imbalances, digestive health & weight management through an Ayurvedic & Integrative Health approach.
She is a Registered nurse with more than 15 years experience, as such she combines her western medical background with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda & her yogi spirit to empower women to connect to their bodies wisdom & live a simple healthy lifestyle of balance & clarity (ditching fad diets & thriving at life).
In this episode, Harmony shares her health and wellness journey, how she was brought up living very naturally and eating organic, to then going to university, eating junk food and fast forward a few years, married with babies.
She looked 6 months pregnant (despite not being pregnant), suffered from increased anxiety, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), leaky gut and hormonal issues. Harmony tried everything to lose the weight but it wasn’t until she found Ayurveda that everything shifted. Be inspired.
