Ep. 278 – Expand & Contract with Susan Scollen

Here’s a sneaky podcast episode from me. As I dive deeper into the spiritual world, I understand that healing happens on so many different levels.

Much like in Project 22, when I wrapped up my year I saw why I do this work – because I’m notthe norm, and that’s ok.

The spiritual work helps me heal on a deeper level and I can only do that through expanding and contracting, not though ‘hoping’ everything will work out.

After having post natal depression, I chose to dig myself out of my big black hole and move from a life I hated to one I love, using happiness as my guide.
