Chaelyn Wielkie is a multi passionate teacher, educator, and Energy Balance Coach, working with women who want to consciously create consistent healthy lifestyle habits through prioritizing and balancing their own energy.

Chaelyn’s diverse background includes fitness and health, elementary to higher education, management and training, and more. Through much trial and error and revelations over the past decade, she’s arrived in the coaching world with the mission of helping women define and embrace their unique path through deep inner work.

She helps women overcome overwhelm and perfectionism to take control of their lives and health in a holistic way that feels nourishing and empowering.

In this episode, Chaelyn confesses – ‘I wasn’t someone that enjoyed working out, but seeing the weight drop off my body inspired me to do more.’ She realised that it all came down to her committing to herself and making herself a priority. When she noticed how good she felt, she made healthier choices in all areas of her life and you can too. Be inspired.
