Project 22

What will your legacy be this year?

Project 22 started after I gave up chocolate in 2021. As the year was drawing to a close, I began to wonder – what could 2022 look like? If I was to make one change that had a big impact on my life, what would that be?

This is my story, the steps I’ve taken and I’ve shared with you who I’ve become by going on this journey. We don’t know who we’re going to become at the start of our journeys, we just have hopes and dreams.

My goal was to create more energy in my life. After years of low energy, I was ready to focus on it and give myself the best shot at increasing it through awareness. I’m sure I’m not alone, do you struggle with low energy, maybe from time to time?

I decided that this was going to be an intuitively led process, and I was going to following the bouncing ball. Not getting too far ahead of myself, getting overwhelmed and then throwing in the towel. I was just doing the one next thing.

Enjoy following along, and yes I started early!

PS. If you decided to go on your own journey in 2022, I’d love you to share it with me by tagging me on it and using #project22

  • Chapter 11 – My Nutritionist
    • Christine Smith Nutritionist
    • Endeavour Clinic – when I met Christine she was in the last 6 months of her studies. This meant our calls included herself, other Nutritionists in training and a qualified Nutritionist. It was a fabulous experience because I basically had 3-4 Nutritionists working with me at any one time. Christine was the lead, but it was like a brains trust for a super cheap price. I’d fully recommend check out this service. They also have Naturopaths too.
