Establishing balance in what and when we eat can be tricky right?
We’ve all been there, including me, we’ve had a big lunch and then don’t feel like eating at dinner but an hour later we’re in the pantry trying to find a quick fix for those those hunger grumbles.
Making changes in this space is a self love journey we can take ourselves on to dive deeper into those thoughts and stories so that we can grow naturally into a more concious practise.

After having post natal depression, I chose to dig myself out of my big black hole and move from a life I hated to one I love, using happiness as my guide.
