All too often we can find ourselves struggling to find the middle ground.
From relationships to careers, to finances, home life and health, we throw ourselves into improving these areas and go 100%.
But then we find that it’s not working, we loose ourselves and drop back to 0%.
Let’s come back to simplicity, to exploring what feels good and discover our own middle ground, because that’s where we actually grow from.
