Hi, it’s me Susan, your Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and the Beginner Health Sessions.

Health creates choice, and if we don’t have our health we can really struggle with mind drama, food drama, relationship drama – you name it, there can be a lot of drama. Today I share with you 50 ways you can kickstart your health and create even more health and wellness in your life.

Cleaning up our health is one of the best gifts we can give ourselves and our families. We are the providers in our home, so when we eat well, purchase clean produce and meat, meditate, move our bodies – this has a flow on effect to the rest of your family, and it’s beautiful to watch.
