For so long fats have been given such a bad wrap. But guess what? Fats are GOOD!

Fats are needed by our bodies to function, we just need to be more aware of the types of fats that are out there and the impacts they can have on our bodies.

The good news is that these are some of the easiest shifts you can make in your eating protocol and just like anything when it comes to change, you get to play around with it and experiment with it to find what’s right for you.
