Finding a balance that works for everyone can be a challenge but let’s start to trust ourselves because when we do and we take that lead, what’s aligned to us will naturally follow.

After having post natal depression, I chose to dig myself out of my big black hole and move from a life I hated to one I love, using happiness as my guide.
