I love being told I can’t change something because I know I can.
I knew I was grinding and clenching my teeth, but I didn’t know why.
When I explored it with thought work and the model, I found the feelings that were driving both actions and it was in that moment I could change things.
It took time, and now I’m no longer a clencher and grinder!

Hi, it’s me Susan, your Soul Life Coach and Our Soul Life Conversations.

After having post natal depression, I chose to dig myself out of my big black hole and move from a life I hated to one I love, using happiness as my guide.
