Natasha van Kann is passionate about plant based eating, hormonal health and tox free leaving. She absolutely leads with love and health.

Since her late teens she believed in a healthy holistic approach to creating and enjoying life and Her purpose is to help others to integrate more health, joy and calm in their everyday lifestyle.

Natasha’s a certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach and received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she studied over 100 dietary theories, learned from the best and brightest in integrative health, public health, nutrition, business and coaching, and learned practical lifestyle coaching methods to be able to help others.

As a health coach, she serves as a mentor and guide for people to feel their best through various food and lifestyle changes.

She is also a certified Professional Meditation Teacher, Holistic Counsellor & Life Coach, and a member of the International Institute of Complementary Therapists.

In this episode, Natasha shares how she was abandoned at 3 years old and she never knew what love was. Her health was affected by the Chernobyl disaster and told she’d never have children. She left her home country and suffered depression, alone as a single mum. Natasha has led an incredible life, and healed herself holistically many times through love and health. Natasha and her husband, now live a low tox life and she coaches others that self-love is where it all begins. Be inspired
